I bought this tote bag last year as a weekender bag for short trips, and it has served me well for that purpose. It fits a *ton* of stuff but can also fold into a smaller size if you need it to, which is a huge reason why I rely on soft bags for travel. But I've been moved to write a review for this tote after a year of use because I just returned from a monthlong international trip where this bag worked like an absolute dream. Even though it's technically bigger than the allowed "personal item" size on almost any airline, being able to fold it ensures that it fits under any seat, so I was never pulled aside and made to repack my tote. I even filled it to the brim sometimes and there were no issues.During my trip, I fit a laptop, multiple folders, a big toiletry bag, an umbrella, toiletries ziploc, a bag full of adapters, a reusable water bottle, and even a second bag with souvenir foods near the end of the trip. The front pocket fit multiple masks and earphones as well. And the bag held up admirably. It is a little more scuffed than when I started, and one or two seams on the straps are looking a little stretched from all the weight I've made the bag carry, but I've trekked up mountains, on subways, in the rain, and on the street and this bag has held up through it all. It looks exactly the same as the picture—a lovely bright yellow—so it's easy to spot, and the material is soft and washable. But I am most impressed with the packability and the amount of weight the straps can handle; I've put the bag through a lot, and it's still come out mostly unscathed. Highly recommend! Perfect tote for anything from grocery shopping to multi-national adventure trips. :)
