As far as Durability goes this is worth every dollar. I use it to transport cleaning supplies in and out of client homes and businesses.As far as it being sturdy…The bag itself is Phenomenal however the construction of the cheaply made trolley takes away from it. I feel if the trolley was of better quality it would be near perfect! Again I use it for my cleaning supplies so I’m sure it can house a sewing machine perfectly.Work on the Trolley design quality, the plastic pockets inside, have the zipper close all the way around, take away the Velcro, make the zippers on side pockets with double closures and I will definitely purchase again. It’s a good looking bag and it Makes me look like the professional I am when I’m out cleaning!very nice, would buy again but only need one.I'd been searching for a rolling tote to fit my slightly-larger sewing machine and this was the right size. I had written to the company to ask about the sizes of their bags and they told me that a slightly larger (than this one) would shortly be available on their website. I was glad to find this exactly right size tote on Amazon. The bag arrived packaged as new, though it is damaged in two places (see photos) There is a section of the back that looks like it was bleached and the cord trim on one side of the front is frayed.The EverythingMary website says they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee and anything can be returned withing 90 days for a full refund. I like the bag, but I do feel I received damaged goods. I immediately wrote to the company about the issue and told them I would consider keeping the bag if they would agree to a discount for the damage. Over a week has gone by and I have heard nothing from them.I have now been in touch with Amazon customer service. Although they were unable to offer a direct exchange I am returning the bag for a full refund and have ordered an identical replacement. I do hope the replacement has no factory damage.I'm using the tote on wheels to move my embroidery machine to other locations. It will work fine except it doesn't have the room to put parts in it.We couldn't find a carrier that would fit my daughter's new Babylock machine. This one fits! Great product!Cons:1. The retractable handle isn't very sturdy.2. Poor quality zippers for the clear pouches (they unzip easily in the middle of the zippers).3. No top handle/strap to help lift it (there's 2 *side* handle straps... which means you'll need both hands to lift it to keep it upstraight. So if you're carrying something in your free hand, you'll have to set that down before being able to lift this. Of there was a top handle/strap, you could lift it w/one hand while keeping it upstraight. Trying to lift it w/the retractable handle swings it against you, making it awkward and difficult. I'll probably add my own top handle strap.)Pros:1. Rolls easily in 360° direction2. Holding space is very generous w/rectangular shape to fit supplies into easier than a "bag"3. Design is great for almost anything (I'm using it for my school dental clinic tools and paperwork4. Plenty of spacious pouches (the 3 clear ones, the exterior elongated front, the slimmer top one on the lid, the 2 side ones5. There's zippered access to the cardboard walls that keep hold it's structure... so you can replace the cardboard if they get bent, or replace them w/something stiffer like plastic boards.6. Overall, its ease of use (spins smoothly, easy to access pockets, clean simple structured)Figure out some way to hold the top open so it is not so cumbersome to lift my machine and supplies out - the lid is continually in the way. Cheap plastic pockets on the interior of the lid will definitely be tested in the tote's use. An outside ruler pocket (ex. 24" x 8" with a secure flap closure) would be great.Ripped Already! Bought this March 2021. Used very little. Disappointed big time. Beautiful case but not reliable. My sewing machine is mostly at home all the time. I took a few classes and used the case. And I am extremely careful with it. But it is already tore and this cannot be resolved by me fixing it.I changed this to 5 starts because of their customer service! As soon as they received my email bout the problem, I was told I would receive a BRAND new one. I am very pleased. I do have another product of theirs and it has help up very nicely, so far. Thank you Everything Mary for helping me out!!!!!Trolley case is an excellent size and holds my Viking Opal 690 with very large extension table perfectly. The sewing machine is well supported and the inner strap stops any movement. There is plenty of room inside for additional items. The 360 degree wheels make it easy to move around and you keep the case upright when moving on the flat. At first I thought the handle was too short but it extends up twice to a decent height. The side handles are great for lifting into the car. The front flap closure is two strips of velcro and the flap itself sat a bit oddly at first (due to cardboard inner I believe) but I flexed it into a nice curve and all is good now. The hardest part was unfolding the case on arrival and clipping the wheel base into place (it arrives folded flat). Not sure I would be strong enough to unclip the wheel base to fold it up again. Overall it looks great and has performed well so far.I bought this approximately six weeks ago. Have used it every Monday since to take sewing machine to sewing classes. Today, when ai lifted it into the boot of my car, the right hand handle ripped away from the body of the sewing bag. Will no longer be able to lift into boot. Otherwise a very nice trolley bag - quite expensive - especially as it has lasted only a few weeks,Lots of room and it makes a complete workstation. I feel my machine is safe and that everything I require is to hand. Lots of pockets and area of different sizes, to accommodate knitting needles, patterns, sissors. I Bought a new sewing box and it fits inside beautifully. The wheels on the trolley move just the way I need them too. I am in my senior years and this is a dream.This manoeuvres easily even with a heavy sewing machine.Materials are good quality. Could fasten better as flap at top doesn’t close well.Zips are fine though.The only thing that on a positive note is it’s manoeuvrability.The pockets are just hard clear plastic the handle is flimsy the fabric wrinkles when you erect it and the whole thing tips forward definitely not value for money.
