The quality of the tote bag is very good and is as described. My problem is that when I attempted to heat transfer images for resale the bags scorched. I contacted Tote Bag Factory with all the parameters I used, eg: time, temp and pressure and asked for advice. The answer was " We don't do heat press, so we don't know". Im sure that with the thousands o f totes they sell, they would have already addressed this problem. Since the bags are well worth the money, I purchased six more and will try to come up with a setting that will allow me to transfer images without scorching.If I cannot be successful, I will purchase bags elsewhere. I would have given these tote bags five stars if customer service was knowledgable. I was really surprised regarding the "brush-off" I received.
